History-
The young and inexperianced trainer had a Glaceon and a Vaporeon,  male and female. They were just his tools. He bred them repeatedly, no matter how much it was deterriorating the Vapoeon's health by carrying so many young. The pair were miserable. And why was this stupid kid breeding them so much? Simple- he wanted a shiny eevee. He wanted just one, and had to be male. But after dozens of normal eevees, he was getting impatient. He started to be abusive to the parents, going as far as to selling their young only mere hours after hatching, to make them work faster. It worked for the most point. And so when the newest egg was born, something was wrong. The Vapoeon had a fever, and she couldn't see straight. Her beloved mate rushed to her as she swayed on her paws, but by the time she fell to one side, she was dead. Overexhaustion. The Glaceon yowled mournfully, never paying attention to the eevee as she  crawled cautiously from her shell's fragments. But it made no difference as to how loud her father cried- she couldn't hear him anyway. In fact, she couldn't hear anythig. Nothing at all.
The trainer felt no remorse for what he had done, instead he was furious. How dare his own pokemon abandon him without giving him what he had worked so hard for?! So he simply abandoned the Glaceon and dead Vaporeon- he figured that he didn't need them. He had another breeder right before him. The newborn eevee couldn't hear anything, much less his yelling for her to follow him. She glanced over her shoulder, about to chirp happily at the human, but his hand came upon harshly down on her cheek. The baby screamed from the first pain she had known yet in the world. That was how her life was from the beginning. He evolved her like he dis to her mother, figuring that she would be able to continue breeding when she was fully evolved, but she was nowhere near full grown. Furious, he trained her harshly and relentlessly, all the time never realizing that she could not hear him. She tried her best to keep up with her trainer's commands that she couldn't hear, but in the end he just got sick of her. With no feeling at all he stuck her within her pokeball and threw it into the Castelia Harbor, hoping that she would DROWN. But the pokeball smacked into another pokemon, releasing her. The Vaporeon was terribly frightened. She didn't know where she was or how she got there. Crying out in fear, she shot to the surphase of the water, where there was light. 
But instead of even being able to look for her master, something hit her on the side of her head and then light. She was captured in a pokeball. She flailed and fought to free herself, but she was too weak. She was captured. Still beleiving that her master would return for her, she cringed away from the human. She didn't know him- what if he tried to beat her? It didn't take him long to realize that she could not hear him, luckily he had an Espeon partner. He then used his Psychic powers to communicate with the Vaporeon, first introducing the human as Leon and himself as Catch. Then he told her that Leon named her TinyDragon. TD Was treated well by Leon and soon came to adore him- it was the first joy that she knew in her life. Catch could always keep the three connected and convay what Leon would say to TinyDragon and vice versa. After a while, Leon gave TD a few TMs, desensive ones. He knew that she coukd never be a ruthless fighter but he at least wanted her to be able to protect herself.
The worst was yet to come, though. In the great Unovian city, suddenly there was chaos. Humans and humans alike in a panic. TinyDragon tried to ask Catch what was going on, but suddenly the Espeon was gone. There was no comforting presense in her head. Leon grabbed her and fled. He hid in abandoned houses of the city for weeks, caring for TinyDragon and keeping her safe from the monstrocities popping up outside. He would have continued surviving if not for her. In the middle of the day, the Vaporeon was sleeping in the other room when the human heard a crash. Rushing back into the other room, he saw a huge infected Tepig lunging for his beloved pokemon. He jumped in the way, saving the Vaporeon. The only reasonthat she knew what happened was because he slammed into her before the infected dragged him away.
Petrified, TinyDragon fled. She ran as hard as she could, seeking shelter in the Harbor, trying to escape the monsters that had taken her whole life from her...


User Note-
-Is deaf and thus usually understands other pokemon with gestures or reading lips if they speak slowly
-Can speak but her voice often sounds gargled as she cannot hear herself speaking
-Frightened very easily and is fragile as a flower
-Very self contious of her fins and flinches if someone stares at them or asks about them
-Her second trainer used many TMs on her so that she could be trained easier without worrying of her fainting with her low level
-Very sensetive and has a quiet voice if she does speak (Think of Flutter Shy ;D ))
-Very mature for her age, but has a very weak level
