ARTS YAY.
I actually very much love this one, finished two days ago and only took forty minutes to completely do. I used a very choppy messy style, not even lining properly, and not bothering to stay within the lines when it came to coloring.

I am VERY proud of the leaves, both his 'hands' and the ones on his back and tail c:

History-
 Thom was raised by Professor Juniper in Unova as a starter pokemon for beginner trainers. He was a rather optimistic Snivy, eager to explore new areas and learn about new things. However, he watched as trainers have come and gone, leaving with either a Tepig or an Oshawott. Thom knew that there would be someone out there who would want a Snivy. But his hopes began to lower as time passed. Even the professor was beginning to lose hope in him, thinking about releasing him into the wild.

On the day that he was planning to be released into the wild, a girl came to the lab, ready to start her pokemon journey. The Professor offered her a choice between Tepig and Oshawott. The girl became confused, since she heard that Snivy was also available for beginning trainers. Professor Juniper then let out Thom, who at this point, had lost hope and thought he would never be chosen. The girl felt sympathy for the grass type and chose him as a starter. The moment she chose him, his disposition perked up and he became upbeat once again.

The girl, named Jennifer, started her journey out on a strong note. She started off by challenging gyms in the region. At first, she built her teams to be well-balanced, so she would be able to get to the pokemon league. However, as she continued in her journey, she realized that battling wasn't as fun as she expected it to be. So she formed another team, this time, using pokemon that she liked. Eventually, she moved into Saffron City in the Kanto region with her other pokemon, including Thom. She took good care of everyone and left the house one day to go shopping. While she was out shopping, a crazy man open fired the whole store, killing everyone, including Jennifer.

Meanwhile, her pokemon stayed in the house, starving. Everybody began to believe that something bad happened to Jennifer. One by one, everyone left the house to look for her. Everyone except Thom. He knew that Jennifer was alive, and that she would come back. He held onto Jennifer's special blue and white headphones for safe keeping. He stayed hopeful until someone came to the door one day. The house that Jennifer had lived in was up for sale. It was sold to a family with a young daughter named Rosa. Thom stayed hidden from the family until the parents went out one day.

Thom saw that Rosa was lonely in her play area, so he went up to her and began to play with her. She found him to be a great playmate and a good friend. Anytime Rosa's parents left her alone, Thom would come out and play. This became a regular thing, which became their little secret. One day, though, her parents came home early to find the Snivy near their daughter. Thinking that it was dangerous, they kicked him out of their house. Thom began to train himself to become stronger, so that he may become a first pokemon to Rosa when she became old enough to be a trainer. His training payed off and he became a Servine.

Thom saw that the wild pokemon near Saffron were acting strange. They were violent and smelled terrible. Thom had heard rumors on the street that it was the epidemic. He also heard that everyone was releasing their pokemon in fear that they may become infected and kill their owners. Everyone was on the run for their lives, but Thom remained hidden from everyone. However, he realized that Rosa may be in danger too, so he went out to find her among the chaos in the city.

He soon found her, and her parents, being cornered by an undead Floatzel. Thom attacked the Floatzel, killing it. Rosa recognized her best friend, and her parents allowed her to go up to him and say goodbye. When their goodbyes were said and done, the father pulled out a TM containing Attract and taught Thom the move. He wanted to stay in Saffron until his Jennifer returned, but he was literally forced to leave. Transported by a powerful psychic force, Thom found himself back in Unova after so long. 

Appearance-
Slim and healthy, Thom is a true credit to his species. A handsome Servine, the Epidemic has not been treating him too poorly as he stays in cities and towns, finding food easily in those places. His red eyes are often wide and bright, his mouth pulled up in an almost lazy looking grin as he greets his fellow survivors. Thom has an air of attitude, an almost standoffish vibe, but in reality he is a feiendly sort. 

Around his neck he holds the head phones from his beloved Jennifer, always clean and kept at a generous distance from any undead foes. No blood or anything ever touches his most prized posession. The chord, though, has been long since ripped off, to avoid becoming a hazard. Instead Thom finds clever ways to wear the wires around his body, unable to let go of it as if that would be a sign of giving up. 

Personality-
Thom is rather laid back about the epidemic. His optimistic personality makes him say that the epidemic will be coming to an end soon and everything will be back to normal. Thom is also a romance man. He hasn't recieved much love in his life, so he also believes that the epidemic will help him find "the one". Due to this he tends to come off as corny and almost cheesey to the ladies as he proves chivalry is not dead.

A very calm and curious individuel, Thom sonetimes finds himself asking or blurting out things without thinking twice about it. Mostly about the mysterious things of women that is hidden so well from the youngster. Easily one to become embaressed or shy in certain situations, it is comicle to see the normally confident Servine stutter and stumble over a rushed apology about something foolishly ovious.
